Rolled Oats - Our Tea Bath includes gluten free rolled oats nourish the skin and promote a sense of well-being. Ground oatmeal works as a passive exfoliant, sloughing away dirt, oil, and dead skin cells. Organic Coconut Milk - Coconut milk is a nourishing ingredient for maintaining glowing well moisturized skin. Apothecary Bath Jar includes a wooden spoon & 2 re-usable natural muslin cotton sachet bath bags. Fill 1 muslin bag to halfway with Apothecary Bath herbals & drop the bag into the running bath~
How to prepare your Apothecary Bath Soak: Shake your jar well. Fill your muslin sachet bag halfway as the contents will expand upon contact with water. Be sure the sachet bag is tied well so the contents don't spill out into your bath tub. Drop the sachet into the bathtub while the hot water is running. Let it bob around and infuse into your bath water ~ Ensure to squeeze the sachet so all of the botanical goodness is released into the water. Once your bath is deep enough, step into your aromatic bath and soak & relax for at least 15 mins - add more hot water to your bath as needed and Just Relax.

Then, simply squeeze out your tea bath bag when your soak is over, discard spent herbals and wash bag and air dry for re-use.
